Manual Handling
Manual handling injuries are one of the most common causes of injury at work, and account for nearly one third of all reported accidents. This course is designed to train and give awareness to meet the requirements of relevant legislation and regulations of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
If manual handling is not carried out properly it can have significant consequences on your health, particularly if you carry out manual handling operations regularly.
